No Returns on electrical or special order parts. No returns after 20 days. 20% restocking charge on all returned parts and are only acceptable if in original unopened pacakging. I acknowledge that I have inspected the vehicle am satisfied with the work descibed. I acknolwedge the indebtness to ALL TYPE TRANSMISSION. In the event that the indebtness is not satisfied I authorize ALL TYPE TRANSMISSION or its agent to seize the vehicle, without notice to me & sell the vehicle pursuant to the provisions of the repair and Storage Liens Act, R.S.O 1990, c.R 25. I aslo acknowledge that I will pay all charges and costs incurred by ALL TYPE TRANSMISSION including legal costs in the collection of any outstanding debts. I further agree to pay interest of 2%/mth (24%/annum) on any unpaid balence of the total charges. ALL TYPE TRANSMISSION is not held responsible for any damage caused by the purchase or installation of aftermarket items, modifying the engine of ECU programs.
