All vehicles entrusted or left in the care of All-Type Transmission is done entirely at the owners own risk. All Vehicles will be driven and tested entirely at the owner's own risk. The owner of said vehicle accepts in its entirety at the owner's own risk. All Vehicles will be driven and tested entirely at the owner's own risk. The owner of said vehicle accepts in its entirety all losses to the said vehicle due to fire, theft, third party or acts of nature without any recourse to All-Type Transmission.
